- Our return policy time limit begins once the item is delivered to the customer. In this case, the customer has 15 calendar days to return the product.
- If you would like to request a refund due to not receiving the item in the mail, a full refund for the price of the item and shipping cost will be granted if the item is considered lost in transit by the shipping carrier. Remember, if the item does eventually arrive feel free to keep the item and enjoy.
- Not satisfied with the candle fragrance? You can request a partial refund or store credit for the item only. Shipping fees can not be refunded in this case. The item must be returned within 15 calendar days at the purchaser’s expense. Once we receive the item, a partial refund or store credit will be issued in two business days.
- Received the wrong item in the mail? Please contact us so that we can send a return shipping label free of charge if the item you received is not the item you ordered. We allow 30 calendar days to return the item if you receive the wrong item and we are at fault. Please ensure that the product has not been used or damaged.
